Vor ca. einem Jahr haben wir mit dem Modelabel Hype Peace ein Live Painting Event in London veranstaltet. Dabei entstanden 10 Kollaboration Kleidungsstücke, die alle innerhalb von wenigen Stunden verkauft wurden. Nun hat es uns wieder nach London verschlagen. Jedoch sind wir diesmal noch einen Schritt weiter gegangen. Wir haben 20 T-Shirts erstellt und diese als Promotion Aktion in Soho verkauft. Jedes einzelne T-Shirt ist ein Unikat und wurde deshalb auch mit „MIDNIGHT x LONDON“ beschriftet. Bei der Promotion Aktion war es uns wichtig das die Leute den Preis selbst bestimmen, somit konnte die Aufmerksamkeit auf unsere Story gerichtet werden und alles was uns ausmacht.
Die Reaktion von den Leuten hat uns sehr überrascht, da die meisten unsere Arbeit respektieren und sich auch damit identifizieren konnten. Zudem fanden Sie es gut persönlich angesprochen zu werden und lobten uns dafür, dass wir die Sachen so machen wie wir sie machen. Mit diesem Feedback wissen wir, dass unsere Message auch International Anklang findet und unser „MOVEMENT“ ständig fortgeführt wird.
MIDNIGHT - London said respect the hustle One year ago, we organized a live painting event in London with the fashion label Hype Peace. We created 10 collaborative garments, which were all sold within a few hours. Now we are back in London again. But this time we went one step further. We created 20 t-shirts and sold them as a promotion in Soho. Each T-shirt is unique and was labelled with "MIDNIGHT x LONDON". During our promotion it was important for us that the people determine the price themselves. So, they were able to focus on our story and everything that makes us special. We were very surprised by the response, because they respected our hustle and were happy to be approached in that way. Most of them could identify themselves with our story and gave us credits for doing the things the way we are doing them. With this feedback we know that our message is also internationally appreciated and that our MOVEMENT is constantly being continued.
