Shipping Destinations

We deliver our products within Germany and to EU member states. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times may be extended in exceptional cases, such as during high demand or public holidays.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Instructions

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

The cost of returning the goods:

• Within Germany: We cover the return shipping costs.

• Within the EU: You bear the direct cost of return shipping.

3. Returns and Exchanges

​Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including all tags).

• Customized or personalized items are excluded from returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if the desired item is available. Please contact us in advance to arrange the exchange.

4. Warranty and Defects

If an item is defective, you have the statutory right to repair, replacement, withdrawal from the contract, or price reduction under Sections 437 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB). Please contact us to resolve the issue.
