Was denkt Ihr macht MIDNIGHT aus?
Kunst, die Melancholie der Nacht, unsere Kleidungsstücke, unsere Philosophie oder das Movement?
All das sind Begriffe die mit MIDNIGHT einher gehen, jedoch macht es nicht MIDNIGHT zu dem was es ist und in Zukunft sein wird. Das was uns ausmacht ist das Band, welches zwischen einem Ich und Du geknüpft wird und wiederum zu einem Wir führt. Dabei ist jeder einzelne involviert. Dieses Band bringt Familien, Freunde, Bekannte und sogar Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Städten, Regionen und Ländern zusammen.
Mit der „MIDNIGHT Streetwear“ und den „MIDNIGHT Events“ möchten wir auf diese Verbundenheit Aufmerksam machen. Sobald Ihr einen genauen Blick auf die MIDNIGHT Shirts und Pullover werft, erkennt Ihr, dass alles nicht nur handgemacht ist, sondern das darüber hinaus die Menschen auf den Motiven eine Geschichte mit sich tragen und diese mit euch teilen.
Anhand des „Ryan de la Cruz“ Shirts haben wir euch einen Freund und Supporter vorgestellt, der seine Karriere als UK Rapper verfolgt. Bei dem „MIDNIGHT Hood“ Shirt werden unsere Stadt und Freunde, mit denen wir groß geworden sind, dargestellt. Das „Handles TNB MIDNIGHT“ Shirt zeigt ein Bild, welches unser Teammitglied Nico von unserem Freund Handles im Untergrund Londons geschossen hat. Handles ist auch ein UK Rapper der uns tatenkräftig supportet. Des Weiteren verdeutlichen wir durch das Bild unseres Teammitgliedes Jonathan, der seine Karriere als DJ verwirklicht, dass auch wir selbst unsere eigene Geschichte darlegen und mitten im Geschehen stehen.
Wir möchten mit dem Shirt „Jeffry Freeman“ einen loyalen Freund, Musiker und DJ, der uns von Beginn an zur Seite stand, ehren. Den unsere Motive zeigen Menschen mit denen sich jeder identifizieren kann, der es auch versteht. Jeder, der Teil einer Familie oder eines Teams ist, hat jemanden oder kennt jemanden, der einem zur Seite steht, supportet oder einem einfach ein offenes Ohr leiht. Deshalb wählen wir nicht irgendwelche Motive, sondern diese, die uns ausmachen und jedem das Gefühl der Verbundenheit geben können. Dafür steht auch das Shirt „Jeffry Freeman“.

What do you think MIDNIGHT is about?
Art, the melancholy of the night, our garments, our philosophy or the movement?
All those are terms which are connected to MIDNIGHT, but that’s not what defines MIDNIGHT now and in the future. MIDNIGHT is about the bond which connects me with you and creates an us. Everyone is involved. Therefore, this bond brings people together, especially families, friends and people from different towns, regions and countries.
Through our “MIDNIGHT Streetwear” and “MIDNIGHT Events” we want to draw your attention to this kind of attachment. Moreover, if you take a closer look on our MIDNIGHT shirts you’ll notice that those show people on the motif, who want to share their stories with you.
Based on the “Ryan de la Cruz Shirt” we introduced a friend and supporter to you, who is an UK rap artist and on his way to success. The “MIDNIGHT Hood Shirt” represent our city and our friends we grew up with. The “Handles TNB Shirt” shows a picture of our friend Handles in the underground of London, which was taken by our MIDNIGHT member Nico. Handles is a successful UK rap artist who give us strong support in London.
Apart of that we exhibited a painting of our MIDNIGHT member Jonathan, who is on his way to become a well-known DJ artist. This shows that we as well share our own story and are a part of the attachment.
With “Jeffry Freeman” we want to honour a loyal mate, music artist and DJ who is on our side since the beginning. We only choose motifs which shows people who everybody that understands this can identify him- or herself with. Because the people who understand this are either a part of a family or a crew. So, they have someone or know someone who stands by their side, support them or lend them an open ear. That’s why we don’t choose any motifs, but we choose people and everything that define us and give everyone a feeling of unity. This is exactly what “Jeffry Freeman” does and who he is.
This is MIDNIGHT a dream, a passion, a story which brings us all together and finally a WE.
