Who can I turn to if I have problems making a purchase? Our customer service agents are there and ready whenever you have a problem. They are always happy to help if you have a question about one of our products or encounter technical difficulties. Or employees will endeavour to solve any issues as quickly as possible.

Baskets remain active for one hour, after which they are erased. They are also erased if you leave the page and end your session.

How can I make a payment? You can make a payment by PayPal and direct debit. Can I pay with a credit card? Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards as a method of payment How will I receive the invoice? You will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive the income together with you order and the returns form upon delivery

How long does the delivery take? You will receive orders 5 to 10 days after confirmation of shipment, because every product is hand printed and embroidered. Please not that products which have order periods of one week, will be delivered 7-14 days after the order period ends.

If you are not home on delivery day, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt or deposit your package at a shipping affiliate close to your where you can pick it up. In Order to retrieve your package, you must bring with you a valid form of ID and your shipment tracking number.

Yes, we do ship outside Germany, but we are sorry if we do not currently ship to your country.

Yes, you can follow the status of your shipment with a tracking link, which is included in the shipping confirmation email.

How do I return products? You have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your products. If you want to return them fill in the return form included to your delivery and put it in the package. Ensure that the items to be returned are in proper condition and properly packed using original packaging. Remove the old address label an replace it with the return label provided.

The price of the returned product will be reimbursed using the same payment method that you used for the purchase. You will receive your reimbursement within 3 to 7 business days.
